Hi my name is Wendy,
My yoga journey started many years ago when I was involved in the fitness industry as an aerobics instructor and a gym owner
I decided to undertake my Ashtanga yoga teacher training a little later in life, more for a challenge as well as something for myself.
I did not set out to teach yoga after the course, but after gaining a greater understanding of yoga and seeing the differences it made to my mindset, I decided to put myself out in the world and teach !!
For me yoga is a never ending learning experience about yourself and the world we live in. There is so much we can all learn about the ancient practise, so I try to fuse old yoga traditions with our modern world, within my class.
I am a 260+ hour Yoga teacher trained in ashtanga, yin yoga, rocket yoga, meditation , pranayama {breath work} and Barre fit

I like to include breath work and / or meditation, plenty of fun with a challenging flow, but always making you feel rested and peaceful at the end of class
Personal 1-2-1 classes are available in your home
